BAHARABELLE offers a 100 % money back guarantee on defective or damaged items. A return/refund request must be made within 3 days of the item/order delivery date as confirmed by the order tracking number. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price, excluding shipping will be processed via the original form of payment. Please include your name, telephone number and return address on the package. Kindly note the customer will be responsible for all return shipping related costs and the return postage date can not exceed 3 days after the return authorization has been approved.
 

Damaged /Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately with the necessary details including photos of the defective or damaged item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility 

Only items received defective or damaged will be eligible for return. The item must be in the same condition and packaging that it was received in.  Please note proof of purchase may be required.

Return Authorization Instructions

Email hello@baharabelle.com to request a return authorization. Instructions on how and where to send the items will be provided. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Once the return is received a refund will be processed within 2 business days, kindly contact your bank for further details on when to expect the funds to be posted to you bank account.

Exchanges

At this time Baharabelle does not offer the option to exchange an item. However, a return authorization can be requested for damaged or defective items and are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policies. You may proceed with a separate order at any time before, during or after the return authorization process.

 

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items can not be returned. Custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (health and beauty products) will not be eligible for returns. Please contact us at hello@baharabelle.comif you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Sale Items / Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We hope to offer this in the near future.
